General Return Policy

At LIT ADVERTISING LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we're here to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Due to the custom and personalized nature of many of our advertising products and services, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to contact us immediately if you have any concerns about your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for standard non-customized items

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

Defective or damaged products are eligible for return or replacement at any time

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-designed products with personalized branding, logos, or messaging
  • Digital marketing services and completed campaigns
  • Video production services after final delivery
  • Content creation and copywriting services
  • Printed materials with custom designs
  • Services that have been fully rendered
  • Promotional products that have been customized to your specifications

Get Authorization

Receive your Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions

Ship & Refund

Send the item back and receive your refund within 7-10 business days

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at info@litadvertis.com with your order details and photos of the defective or damaged item.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
